Produced the opening video for Zurvita's annual conference in collaboration with the company's in-house video production team of videographers and editors. Managed production logistics by coordinating wardrobe, developing the production schedule, supporting creative development, providing transcripts, and overseeing the review and approval process to ensure the final video aligned with brand and executive expectations.

Working as an in-house Video Producer alongside the marketing team, I managed the production of a promotional event video from pre-production through post-production. My responsibilities included developing the shot list, coordinating camera rentals and travel logistics, overseeing production, and managing the editing process to ensure the final video was delivered on time, on budget and within the guidelines of Universal Studios.
